Refund Policy
Every care is taken in the packaging of your order however accidents sometimes will occur in transit, if this does happen, contact Australia Post to lodge the appropriate claim forms through them. We cannot guarantee Australian Post Services as they are an independent 3rd Party organization.
If you do have a problem please do not hesitate to contact us at any time as we are more than willing to assist if problems do occur.
Full refunds are only given if an item is grossly misrepresented or by agreement within 7 days of the order dispatch.
Goods must be returned prior to refund in the same condition they were sent.
As per Victorian Government State Consumer Law postage costs for returns are covered by us.
Registered post items that do not arrive will be refunded according to Australia Post Procedures. Please allow a minimum of 6-12 weeks for this.

Shipping
We use prepaid Australia Post satchels & boxes in most cases. All satchels and parcels come with tracking numbers allowing you to follow the progress of your order through Australia Post.
Postage Costs
In most cases items are shipped via Australia Post pre paid satchels that provide tracking numbers.
Larger parcels are as per actual Australia Post costs please visit the Australia Post web site for their postage calculator.
If you are paying via bank deposit and postage is over charged any difference will be refunded in the form of stamps.
If it occurs on a PayPal transaction the difference will be refunded through PayPal.
Ordering & Payment Options
If ordering through Facebook group you will then be emailed/inboxed an invoice with payment details.
- When you receive this please review the information carefully & if there are any changes please notify us prior to payment so the invoice can be adjusted & resent.
- For bank/internet deposits once payment is received we will notify you. Invoices must be paid in full before orders will be posted.
- Once you order has been posted we will notify you and provide the tracking number.
- Turn around for your order will vary depending on size, amount ordered & the time of year (i.e. Christmas period is extremely busy & postal services seem to slow down).
